WISHING EVERYONE A BLESSED EASTER

~ Paul Ang

WISHING EVERYONE A BLESSED EASTER

May God bless you with a fresh revelation of Himself and grant you His goodness and the glory of His presence.

In seeking God of the turmoil that had been happening recently,  Pastor Paul was given this insight.  Please read.

Prayer Altars wanted.

Currently there are so many disastrous weather and calamities happening in Malaysia and many nations.  I strongly believe it is a WAKE UP call from God Almighty to catch the attention of His Children to build altars and seek His FACE like never before.

Many altars are torn and not functioning anymore. God’s people are too BUSY and too DISTRACTED like Martha to spend time and sit at JESUS FEET. We desperately need to restore back these broken altars:

1. Personal Altar

2. Family Altar

3. Office Altar

4. Church Altar

5. National Altar

1. Personal Altar
Many Christians are too busy or too attached to the things of this world that they have no time for God. God is just a spare tyre for them during crisis and emergency. God is no more the STEERING WHEEL of their lives! Time for us to repent and be detached from the world and be attached to Jesus Christ.

2. Family Altar
If personal altar is not in good condition, family altars are near non-existent. Recently I spoke in a church and asked for a show of hand, ” How many have family altar?”   Not surprisingly, none put up his or her hand. Family altars tare so needed especially in this era that witness many broken homes & marriages, rebellious and ungodly children.  Furthermore there is this influx of the tide of immorality.

3. Office Altar
Our secular office seems to be a battleground for righteousness and integrity. There is so much compromise in the market place.  Christians in the market place have lost their ability to be the salt and light. It is time to build altars in our offices.

4, Church Altar
Church prayer meetings are normally the lowest attended. Some churches do not even have prayer meetings.  No wonder  many churches are not growing with so much internal strive and conflicts. Pastors and leaders, we are responsible to repair and restore the broken altars in our church. No prayer, no fire. No prayer – no power. No prayer – no presence of God.  This explains why some churches are dry and boring.

5. National Altar
National altar is probably the greatest challenge for this hour. Too many Red Indian Chiefs that loves the limelight and have the preeminence.  Therefore it looks difficult or impossible to have a national unity to seek God together. Most mega churches do not need others in the body of Christ. They have the resources and manpower and sometimes they do not even need God. The whole nation and churches coming together to seek God frequently is out of the equation for most churches. Hopefully, once a year-combined prayer meeting is sufficient, so they concur. That also is poorly attended.

Well, we should start somewhere.  Why don’t you begin to rebuild your personal altar, family altar and office altar.   As the fire continues to burn, it will catch up with church and the nation. All it takes is  a SPARK to start the fire going. May you are the one. God is counting on you.
